Service Description
UnEjemplo.com offers Google Business Profile audit, optimization, and management services for local businesses in Mexico and LATAM. The application GMB Manager Example allows you to connect your Google account to access your profile data and generate personalized reports and recommendations.
2. Using the Google API
This application uses the Google Business Profile API. By authorizing access, you grant permission for the application to read and, when you subscribe to the corresponding service, manage your business profile on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. The use of the API is subject to the Google Terms of Service.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information when completing the audit form.
- Be the authorized owner or administrator of the Google Business Profile you connect.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of Google policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
UnEjemplo.com provides recommendations based on available data. Google Maps ranking results depend on multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific positions in search results.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments made through the platform are processed by PayPal. Fees are listed on the pricing page. Paid diagnostic and optimization services are non-refundable once initiated, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Reports generated by UnEjemplo.com are for the client's exclusive use. The methods, processes, and tools used are the property of UnEjemplo.com.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
